Need Advice for My Friend’s Career Move

My friend recently completed her B.Sc. + B.Ed. and now she’s thinking of moving into the HR or IT space.

We’re wondering:

• Is it even possible to start a career in HR with this background?

• Would doing some HR/IT certifications make her profile stronger?

• Are there entry-level roles in IT where she can kickstart her career?
