Met with an medical family emergency 2 days ago and the next few months will be very hard as I have to take care of my parent.
Since I'm on Shadow period for a project I joined 2 weeks ago would it be good idea to ask for Full time WFH and talk about my Situation with the Manager, I'm Scared beacause this Job is extremely important with the current situation and losing it would be devastating
Asking this since I'm a fresher and have no idea how these things work in Corporate
Go and talk with your manager if they are understanding they will allow you to do wfh for couple of months as long as it is not a secured project. most managers will show flexibility if you have genuine reason but don't extend it too much then you will break the trust.

Don't panic buddy go and ask your manager on this and explain your situation and also be firm on your decision that you won't be able to work from the office for a certain period of time due to emergency
Many projects don't expect you to work from office. If there is an ask from yours, please talk to manager and explain your situation. This is not a thing to worry.
