Hi everyone, I am planning to undergo gynecomastia surgery and wanted to check if TCS allows WFH exceptions for recovery, considering it falls under the cosmetic category. Has anyone had a similar experience or any insights on this?

Just get a letter from your doctor that bed rest is required or cannot travel for a few days. Submit the documents to HR and raise exception
