Guys I am getting calls for interview but mostly through consultancies. Some are on direct payroll and some on contract basis.
Is it good to apply for such roles or better go to companies website and directly apply or through referrals?
I see consultancies immediately start calling and obviously budget is always less for them.
Tech stack : Automation Tester java selenium cucumber testng
Please advise

In MNCs like cognizant, tcs, Infosys referral won't work as much as hiring consultancies. For companies like EY, KPMG etc referral will be better as they give priority to referral over hiring firms. For any product always referral.
