Need advice

I joined tcs just last week .. I am already allocated to a project .. I have 10+ years of experience and in role C3B. It’s been just 2 days I joined project .. I have a small kid so looking for time flexibility.. like come early to office around 9 and leave by 1 .. but in this project looks like everyone s staying full day and my manager is micromanaging.. I am not comfortable to work here .. I am ready to leave TCS if they don’t release .. how can I get different project .. they will ask me all these questions like it’s been 2 days y u want release ? All projects will be same ? We can’t release u .. but I am very firm in my decision.. how should I proceed ..
