Need Advice – Cognizant vs TCS Offer Comparison

I’m currently evaluating two opportunities and would appreciate your insights. Cognizant has offered me ₹14.2 LPA, which includes: ₹13.5 LPA fixed ₹45,000 variable Remaining allocated for health insurance TCS is expected to offer ₹14.8 LPA (including all components). I was informed that I’d be under the C2 grade, where employees usually receive the full variable, but not sure if this is correct or not.

I'm looking to decide based on all aspects and also want to know from which one I will get more take home salary including taxes and all.

Would really appreciate any advice or experience-based input from those who’ve worked with either of these companies.

Thanks in advance!

Yes up to c2 level you will get full variable but from last 2 years the company is not giving full variables to above c2. Promotions are delayed. This year no appraisal.
I feel it is not right time to join tcs

Mine is c2 only. So, I will get full right and also I have to be in the project and rating should not be below par right

Don't join Tcs now... the company is not doing well ,No promotion ,no hikes, bizarre policies are on the table , 5 days office, reduced bench time to 35 days, no promotions

Just join cognizant
