Need advice choosing offer

I have two offers one paying 30 lpa in ncr at big finance firm and another for 85k sgd in Singapore. The singapore role is contractual, the client is a product company. Which one would offer more growth and savings?

Pls goto Singapore your life will change from this move. It's start with contractual but you will surely be able to make it permanent either in the same company or find a new sponsor there for sure. Don't miss this opportunity.

SGN has now tough rule for FTE hiring who don’t have residency, please be aware.

TwirlyCupcake
TwirlyCupcake

Sure. They said some criteria needs to be fulfilled for EP via a point system. FTE hiring is okay. It is not tough. I'll do more research.

+1 to @Zeptaa most of the SGN roles now explicitly ask for permanent residency or passport.

Hey bro, I think 85k sgd is less compared 30lpa with ppp, but you will get global exposure

Also i was curious how did you applied?

TwirlyCupcake
TwirlyCupcake

Yes, but after taxes it would come around 24 in hand. Yes, I am considering exposure also. I didn't apply, a recruiter reached out.

Singapore. At your 4 yrs experience, it is perfect time to go. Work Culture will be certainly much more hectic than in India, so be prepared for that. But otherwise, due to the aspect of better place, cleaner air, more expanding opportunities, a new experience, you should go for that. (P.S.- Singapore is an absolutely fab place, absolutely marvellous. I had been for a short duration)
