Need advice — choosing between PwC vs KPMG

I could use some help from folks who’ve worked at PwC or KPMG, especially in their Data Engineering / Cloud Consulting practices. I’ve got two offers on the table and trying to decide which one to go with — would love your insights on compensation growth, project exposure, and work-life balance

👇 🔹 Offer 1: PwC CTC: ₹13.5 L fixed + ₹1 L joining bonus + ₹2.26 L variable

🔹 Offer 2: KPMG CTC: ₹16 L fixed + 10–12% variable

🧠 My Priorities I’m looking for a balanced mix of: 💰 Competitive pay 📈 Strong learning & growth in cloud/data platforms 🕓 Decent work-life balance..
