I have completed my ILP training (Digital cadre) last week and today i am allocated to a project in TCSFS domain. Due to some personal problem i am want to take resignation. How many days of notice period do i need to serve? And is there any buyout option available.

You need to serve a 90-day notice period. There is a buyout option, but it depends on project approval. Try negotiating with your manager and HR if you have strong reasons.
