Need Advice and tips for relase

I am currently in a non comfort zone project.

There is too much pressure and i need release please give good ideas. i managed to have A good dependency in team as of now and if I take a leave for 2 days all the work needs to be done by myself on 3rd day 😕

Even though there are other members in team they just pass on work and the sad part is I'm currently a unofficial lead for half of team. So it's really a mental torture to handle tickets and the market at once.
