Need Advice: Accenture GenAI Managerial Round, Notice Period Mismatch & Salary Expectation

I recently cleared the technical interview for a GenAI Developer role at Accenture and have an upcoming managerial round. I have 2.6 years of experience with strong hands-on GenAI project work.

I also have a 90-day notice period at Cognizant, but during interviews I mentioned 60 days. Additionally, I initially asked for 10 LPA (current CTC: 4.57 LPA) and am now considering 12 LPA based on my skills and market demand.

Looking for advice on:

How to prepare for the managerial round

How to handle the notice-period mismatch professionally

Whether 12 LPA is a reasonable expectation for my experience level
