Need advice about Visionet Systems(Client WPO)

I joined a company with a great culture and a non-toxic work environment. Now I've got an offer from Visionet Systems for a WPO client. Coming from the toxic culture at Capgemini, I'm really happy with the culture and my colleagues here in current compan.

I'm just worried that Visionet might have the same toxic culture as Capgemini. What if I get frustrated again, you know?

Can anyone know abkut Visionet systems pvt ltd and more of thier client WPO?

Your suggestions and experience would help me alot.
