Trending @Accenture; Need advice

I'm a SAP BW on HANA developer with 5.5yoe. I have worked load monitoring, building Hana models and also worked on user requirements that involves changes from source system till the BOBJ reports. I'm planning to look for a job onsite. What are the things that I should keep in my mind? Please share your insights. Your response is appreciated.
