I’m currently a Frontend Senior Software Engineer. Mainly my work resolves around optimising web performances. Lately, I’ve feeling very unmotivated as I feel like I’m wasting my potential in my current company even though the work here is not entirely bad. Need some advice on how to handle this scenario and if switching to a bigger better company would help. If so how do I prepare for FANG level frontend interviews?
