Trending @HCL; Need Advice
I have 7 years + experience, i worked for TCS for 4 years and then infy ,coforge, and now in Accenture every other around 1 year 2 months due to various reason like bad project or transferred to different state
Just want to if I switch now will it impact my career in the long run as I got an offer from mid tier product based
Now I want to settle down
Need some advice how does it affect ,if anyone is there from recruitment side

That means after TCS every 1 year you are changing your company. So now in HCL how much time you spend. Switching company is not an issue but less then 1 year is not suggested and not suitable for your profile. I am not from recruitment background but yeah if the job is paying you good amount and location is preferred anyone can settle. Go for it. No need to ask any one rather then yourself.
