Need advice

Hi ,

I was put on focus plan in Amazon in mid April 2024 . I started giving interviews and got one offer letter but that company is in Hyderabad and is startup founded in 2015. I haven’t been put into pivot plan yet and am still waiting for focus plan results from my manager.

Though startup isnt giving any esop but fixed component is slightly high than my current fixed pay in Amazon. I am bit confused weather to join this startup in Hyderabad or not as I will have to shift to Huderabad from Bangalore. I had been staying in Bangalore from past 8 years now and not in mood to relocate.

Please let me know what I should do confused a bit.
