Trending @Accenture; Need advice

SSE in Test with 6 + yoe. Currently I’m leading the team of 10 even though I’m not a lead officially since our previous dev / test leads moved to another project and I’m the senior most (not in the project but total yoe) + functionally + other aspects so I got their responsibilities. Now the work is quite a lot since it got to got actual CR/notions testing etc and also got to manage the team, delivery etc I act like a single poc between my team, onshore and managers. I want to move to automation testing, already learning few frameworks and stuff but manager or anyone in the account said no to my aspirations and they are not giving release and I can see why. I don’t want to stay here since I don’t like the work I do + I feel that I’m under paid (9lpa) so not sure what to do now, I’m planning to drop papers.
