Need advice

Hi guys, on my project behalf done a certification. So, wanted to know if I can immediately resign after getting the reimbursement amount or is there any terms and conditions from the company/ project's end to be stayed on for some period of time. Please advise as I want to resign ASAP as not happy at all in the organisation because of poor promotion cycles.
