I need to ask for transfer as my husband got an opportunity in another city should I first go ask supervisor or project manager
Will they approve my request A small hope because some of my team members are working from the other city as well

If your team is working from that city or your ODC is there, then you you will get transfer. You will need approval from project supervisor, people manager and BU head.
