Trending @Accenture; Need a suggestion to get roll off from the project as family medical emergency

Hello everyone, I’m facing a family medical emergency both my parents are unwell and my mother needs to undergo surgery. As an ASE currently on a project, I may need some flexibility or a roll-off for a short period to support them. Has anyone been in a similar situation? I would really appreciate your suggestions on the best way to handle this with management/HR.”
