Trending @Accenture; Need a suggestion for getting released from Project

I joined accenture from pool hiring last year March i was trained on multiple skills but landed in support project from 8 months I am fed up with these rotating shifts it won't be a fixed sometimes 10 days in night 5 days in morning and 5-6 days afternoon my sleep cycles gone having dark circles badly getting low esteem day by day my manager said no hike for this June he gave hope he will give it for Dec I wanted to ask for roll off but there is a policy in accenture that we have to stay in project for min 18 months I lost hopes here I wanted to join for Dev or Testing profiles iam trained FSD from outside institution and completed udemy course for Automation testing so after going for bench will I get these project calls I changed my primary skill to my requirement so need an honest suggestion please.
