Trending @Accenture; Need a Suggestion

Hi, I am currently working with well known client with in Accenture . I am TL with 5 yrs exp with Accenture and over all 10yrs with 17L per year. I feel underpaid and need to resign yet I feel comfortable with Accenture with culture and the policies.

I am toggling between salary and comfort. Thinking about my personal commitment in future I need to double my Sal.

Confused and stuck. Any suggestion would help.

Umm, I'm 3.7 YoE and I'm promoted to TL with 14lpa. So you are underpaid, and if I were you I would make a switch and target atleast 25lpa if not 30lpa, invest in real estate get movable and immovable properties, save for my kids and think of retiring in next 10 years.

I have 9 years experience and currently in AM level.I was thinking the same and after all we are underpaid and need to move on.If you sit here then your salary won't go up much.I am serving notice period now.

My CTC is 21 and I got one offer for 28.Even though it's not much I used this for an exit request as no one is calling for a 90 day notice period. Now I am getting offers for 30+. Getting at least one call daily.Attended few and cleared HR rounds also.Waiting for the official offer letters.

Stay where you are comfortable. Peace of mind is important. Coming to the package yes you are underpaid. You can get an offer then ask Accenture to match the same. This way your package issue will also be solved.

Secondly I am hearing some rumours through grapevine only that ACCENTURE is also thinking about market correction. In that case also your package will be increased.

Is it? When I see other posts they mention more than 20L for level 9

I promoted to level 9 in Sep 2022 and till now no increment..9YOE with 15.4LPA fixed So, it's not like every one level 9 has more than 20LPA

No offense but people with 0 YOE in tech make more money than that.

I suggest making a switch. Culture and policies of Accenture are below average. There are many companies out there with far superior culture and policies.

You have experience in which domain?

Someone with similar level of experience but at CL-8. I would suggest peace of mind is over everything else. But if you in absolute need of more money.. then make the switch. Though current job market is not favorable for a change so I suggest waiting for some more time

Choose mental peace over money always. If you are comfortable enough then stay. There's no end for running after money. You might get 30 lpa but eventually you will chase for more.

Switch and unsettle things a fit this kind of comfort is going to bring hardships and greater dissatisfaction later

You definitely should switch my friend, else you can manage to obtain an offer, and thereafter negotiate here based on the salary being offered. Mostly they do try to match up, but please get it in writing
