Trending @HCL; Need a project change

Hi folks!! I am currently working as a SAP BASIS consultant in a U.S.-based project, focusing on administration, monitoring, and performance tuning. However, with the recent cloud deployment, there has been limited scope for further learning and growth in my current role. Additionally, the night shifts are becoming increasingly challenging, impacting my work-life balance.

I would greatly appreciate someone’s assistance in helping me transition to a project that has at least a better work-life schedule . Pls help me .
