Need a Job Urgently

I am a recent graduate with the degree and a gold medal in Business Administration has been awarded by the honorable governor of Bihar. Currently working with the Axis Bank HR team. Has done a finance internship with (SBI) State Bank of India. Need a job in HR or finance. I don't know how to get a referral.
