I feel I need to work more on my physically appearance like healthy and fit body. But I keep bouncing back to unhealthy food which again breaks my discipline. Guys please guide me how do you stay discipline in terms of body and fitness

Gains are the biggest motivators.. just force yourself to go to gym 5 days… force it.. hit every muscle.. and that’s it. Every time you’ll hit the gym you’ll feel u can bench slightly more than last time, you pull slightly more, you can squat slightly more..
