Need a career transition advice -- frontend to backend role!

Hi Everyone, need suggetsion on career transition from being a frond developer with 8+ years of experience to a full time backend developer with Java stack. Need suggestion on how I can switch to that role within a time frame of 3-4 months. Also switching role isn't like to move to a lower SDE role, how can I make sure the switch would be at same level of experience. Thans in advance and looking for insightful advices. Any addons if you can make to above things are more helpful to me. At the moment I feel a bit blank after deciding it.

Hi. Few questions if you can answer-

*What’s your reason to go from front-end to backend? *what’s your current tech stack?

My understanding- Java is good but not the best. It’s difficult to master Java and more so we have other languages who are doing well and have a long term applicability. The tech world is trending towards no-code low-code systems, Java is not in sync with this possibility. Maybe consider Python. Additionally- why go backend? Instead club your current tech stack with cloud- AWS with devops. If you can do frontend development while being able to work on cloud and some amount of devops (devops not being expert level, but basics) your market standing is far better than just a frontend/backend developer. You would be a full stack developer. Have you considered- MERN stack? If not then maybe you can look into it.
Feel free to ask questions- I would be open to respond and help with whatever information and knowledge I have.

So I have been in mobile app development and I feel that market is being saturated in technical growth as well as moneterial too. My current stack is kotlin with past few years of experience in java. And moving to backend with java stack has an exposure to fintech orgs, as I hav past development experience of financial domain apps. MERN is good I do have worked with Js and react too but still I think I have to put more effort and that doesnt directs me to be in fintech so far. Talking about Golang is something than can align me similar to Java. And I dont want to be fullstack, I wan to move to something like design Architect or extensively System design role. Thats all my understnding, would appraciate more thoughts and suggestions.

Why switching from a frontend to backend any strong reason for that?

Yeah due to saturated market and nothing much to learn and same sort of work everything. Design screen, add api call, somewhat a minimal logic and thats it.
