YOE 10 years in plsql developer/support..

If I want to learn new language/skills, what should I be start with?

Some saying learn language relevant to plsql Or do an MBA, Or do a devops certification, Or do a Cloud certification.. Etc

So confused about choosing a Language/Skill..
