Trending @Accenture; Need a advice on Career

Hi, I’ll be completing 4 years next month, but I’m starting to feel stuck in my current role. For almost 3.5 years, I worked in the Support team on Oracle EBS-based applications, SQL, UNIX, and Shell scripting. Around 4 months ago, I moved to a new project, which is also support-focused but on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.

Could you please suggest whether a career switch towards HCM or DevOps would be better? Also, if you know any useful resources, I’d appreciate it if you could share the details
