Many PMs are clue less. It’s very simple The DM has to just email the HR to update the date in esep portals. DM will take input from PM. If PM is. Senior enough he can to do it himself . If you are not in project I have seen cases who have released in a week. 7 days is minimal even if you are on project so DM should agree

Hr would say it depends on PM and DM. PM would say it depends on DM. DM said to PM that he's not sure if company policy allows the same. I reached out directly to DM, waiting for response 🤞🏻. Please update of you make any progress.

HR is saying it depends on Manager, Can we get buy out if we ask in such situations?
