I got an offer with 30% hike from a MNC and I resigned now my cts manager is saying we will give you onsite opportunity. What should I do whether I should join new company or take the onsite offer.

Switch. 30% would be your 1st offer. You'll get more than that close to your lwd. The onsite offer is a trap. Have seen a senior critical resource waste time on it and ultimately re resign.

Cognizant H1B process is on hold, if u r still believing your manager, they will take advantage, ask them to send email on the same for proof

Yes same thing I felt out i also connected with manager they have no input on onsite ..don't listen to them just take written input
