Necessary to go to the office
I am not visiting office from 2 months and no messages from anywhere. Is it ok or they will take action on it ?
You'll lose variable quarterly component. And next year whatever band your project gives you it will be downgraded by one level by HR. and if by any chance your project gives you C citing non performance it will become D and you'll come in PIP. Don't unnecessarily play with your career unless you have an exit plan by March next year
They track everything and nowadays no one knows what action will be taken. Better to be compliant on everything if you want to continue work in tcs
Chod na look for new company many are out there hiring
It's better if you want to WFH take exceptions a nd do it no one will touch it and with doing this your quarter attendance will also be 100%
They monitor it at quarterly basis. Once quarter data is raedy they will take action.
