Nearing Promotion

Hi fellow tcs'ers,

Could you please confirm what is the criteria for getting promoted from System Engineer to IT Analyst?

My experience: 3.11 years(will become 4 by this jan end)
My Bands are : C - 2022, B - 2023, A - 2024.
Cleared Wings 1,
I'm a crucial resource in my project
Developed internal tools too

For C2, at least 4 years of experience with senior developer duties. A & B band mandatory. WFO compliant.

Thank you for the info, 4 years of experience is overall? Including ilp & project? or only project experience? Because my management is saying that they will consider only project experience.

It depends upon your manager, better to have talk with manager about it. My colleague who has B in all the years still did not get promotion to IT analyst but expecting in next quarter. I got A band in all years, I guess I am good resource and i got promotion.
