NDAs valid without offer letter?

I decided to join a company and signed their nda. Then 2 days later they showed me offer letter.

I didnt agree with offer letter and decided not to join and not to sign the offer letter.

So I wanted to know that in this case, does the NDA have any stand?

What information did they even share with you that the NDA would apply to 🙄

NDA is about disclosing trade practices and company secrets- unless you do that - there is nothing to worry about

Well actually nothing. But since they had a clause saying i cannot do dual employment.

But since i rejected their offer, i revoked my resignation in current company.
