NCR Earthquake
I live in a high rise in NCR. Bought the apartment with my hard earned money about 3 years ago and this year I will be closing the loan.
Now in the past few months it's like every other week there is a bloody earthquake tremor. I want to live on land and do own a fabulous independent house in my village but don't want to live there. When I look at land prices near my current location the narrator says "tere bas ka nahi gareeb".
I really want a peaceful life. I am tired enough already with my job, I don't want more complications in life. Do you guys know a good city with affordable housing? Anyone having any experience shifting to a new place? Delhi NCR is anyway a gas chamber for 2 months in a year so a change of place will be good for my lungs too.
Earthquakes are the least of my worries when it comes to NCR
They shouldn't be. They're becoming increasingly concerning - as their frequency goes up.
Consider Ahmedabad if your job allows it.
Indore, Pune, Hyderabad
Consider shifting to Meerut.. you can easily afford land there in good colony, just 40 mins from Delhi/Noida/Gr Noida(Delhi-Meerut Expressway)
