NC QA Salary Check: $95k vs. 24 LPA
Hi everyone,
I'm exploring a potential Quality Analyst role in North Carolina with a proposed salary of $95,000. I have 7 years of experience in QA, currently working at a product-based company in Bangalore, India, where I earn 24 LPA.
I'm trying to gauge if $95,000 is a competitive salary for my experience level in North Carolina. Any insights on the cost of living, typical salary ranges for QA roles, or general advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Congratulations, btw ! I think 95k is less. I have friends who live in Raleigh and they have ~90k pay and they say it's not good enough with the increasing cost of living. And so most of them live together in a 2-3BHK apartment. Those who live alone are in studio apartments.
Typical salary range though, not sure.
Btw, how did you end up finding and interviewing for a role abroad ?

Thanks I tried through consultancy
