Hello Viners, Left my last job where I worked for 4 years only to join a large conglomerate and find myself in sheer disappointment. Super mean (read inconsiderate) manager, got portfolio of two people, half my team has left, workload is maddening and to top it all of, it takes forever to close a project. So need your advice on what to do next?
