Navigating the Job Market: Dealing with Fake Interviews and Scams

I have been trying to find a job for the past few weeks. After multiple interviews, I am starting to realize that many companies are scheduling fake interviews. Even after giving 2-3 rounds properly, they disappear and I don’t receive any emails or replies from them. I’m also seeing many unskilled people in the market who are joining by paying some money with fake experience. In such circumstances, how should we look for jobs? Or should we also look for people who take money and get us jobs?
