Naukari Optimization for getting calls from big PBC

Hello All, I'm looking for a switch to a big product based company. However I'm not getting calls from companies(pbc) via naukari. I'm curious to know how one should add key skill and other profile details to get a call from product based companies? Currently working in pbc with 1.8 years experience in data scientist - gen ai.
