Native Mobile developers - need ur thoughts.

What do u think the career trajectory will be for Native Mobile developers after 4-5 Years of experience? ( Android/Ios)

Personally I think there are less senior/staff roles in india unless we pivot to BE or people roles we will not have an uptrend in our career.

And what do u think about Hybrid frameworks ( like RN and Flutter) ? should we adopt them ASAP ? or not required to grow in the career ladder ?

( Please add YOE while answering It helps to see how early devs vs Exp devs think )

Went from native iOS only (back in the objective c days lol) to react native, then IoT, android, full stack web, and now back to (mostly) cross platform mobile 🙃

How did u get so many different opportunities ? Internal hopping ? or by switching orgs?

And were you up the career Ladder along with stack switching?

I also thought this when I had 2yoe, then switched company and now I have almost 4yoe, now I feel like there is not upper limit to it. Switching stack should not be a big problem if you want, learning the best practices for that stack is what takes time.
