National Holiday query ?

I am working from Hyderabad Location and my project is from Noida. As per timesheet public holidays are showing as per project Location(Noida). But my Manager said you need to take Hyderabad holidays as my work location is Hyderabad. But as per my timesheet Tomorrow is a holiday for Holi. But I will work from home so, it would take Branch holiday in my time sheet right? No need to go to the office as per my assumption.
