Trending @Accenture; Name mismatch Cognizant BGV

Hi guys, I got offer from CTS. Lateral entry. My name in all the marksheets is with initial eg., John D And in aadhar, PF, PAN, Passport has expansion. Eg., John Doe Cognizant asked me to verify my documents via digilocker where it is not getting fetched due to the name mismatch between marksheet and aadhar. Will this lead to rejection? Can any one help on this please.
