Name an app with trash UX that you are forced to use daily

I will go first. My primary salary account banking app.

Absolute garbage. Pure trash. I open it to pay rent and it feels like I traveled back to 2014. Every single tap triggers a 5 second loader. Why? What are you fetching bhai? Half the screen is just flashing banners for pre-approved credit cards I don't want. The actual button to see my recent transactions is buried inside a menu that makes zero sense.

And the session timeouts. Good god. I switch apps for exactly two seconds to copy an OTP from my SMS. I switch back. "Session Expired. Please login again." Are you kidding me.

Now I have to enter my MPIN. Wait, face ID failed because the lighting is slightly dim. Now type the password. Password must contain one upper case, one special character, one hieroglyph and a drop of blood. It is mentally exhausting.

But I cant delete it. My salary drops there. My SIPs are linked. I am permanently trapped in this toxic relationship with a dev team that clearly never uses their own product.

Some PM out there is probably updating their resume right now claiming they drove massive "user engagement" just because users are forced to spend 10 minutes navigating the app to check a simple balance.

Idk how this stuff passes basic QA.

What's yours? What app makes you want to smash your screen but you still use it every single day?
