Nagpur HR - ZKP harassing associates
A new HR with initials ZKP is harassing me to visit the office for 9 hours even though I'm RTO compliant. He says as per policy you have to be in the office 9 hours even though I'm present in 0-3 hours. He is copying supervisors, setting up meetings and sending escalation emails. Please help !!! I know most of the people are only visiting between 0-3 hours then why is he pushing for 9 hours ??
Look , why you are expecting that company will give special privileges to you. You are being paid for 9 hrs then what is problem in spending 9 hrs in office? 3 hrs is very less , even if I found my team mate is doing this then I won't spare. It's not hr torture but associate stubborn
Looks like I triggered some HRs here... Lol. Anyway my issue is not regarding timings but about fairness and equality. Many locations in India are not pushing people for 9 hrs. Nobody is being called and asked to justify timings to HR. Then why only one HR or location is being singled out. That's my concern here. I'm ready to spend 9 hours in the office but that rule should be enforced to all across the organisation

OMG! Even project managers are getting harassed... I thought Nagpur was infamous for torturous behaviour towards bench people 😅
This HR is not giving a damn about associates and Managers... He is mailing all. My point is if my friends in Hyderabad and Chennai are going office for 0-3 hours without any issue then why is this Zaid person so concerned ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
It's not harassment you have to attend the office for 9 hours after Covid we got some exceptions but we can't take it for granted.If you have seat allocation then you need to sit at the office for 9 hours.if seat is not available then raise WFO or reply same mail for seat allocation.
I have no issues in complying to this as long as it's being enforced at all locations. My concern here is regarding fairness and equality. This is only being done at one location and by 1-2 HRs which removes equality from the equation. As far as I got to know, he's just a new HR with 7-8 months in the job who loves enforcing polices at all costs.
No it's started for every location for me also but I said I don't have a seat and after a long discussion now I got a seat at my base location

If you are willing to give up on the worldly pleasures like promotions, A band, Onsites etc, I don't see a reason why you should be worried. 3 hours or 20 hours, as long as work is done and the client is happy, don't see a reason why there should be force.
OT: Since the HR stays in office for 9 hours, he misses you and likes you. :)
I would visit and swpie only 5 mint i log off all days, not sure how to deal with dis shit such a toxic HR never seen
Chennai location also bench people harrassed by RMG😕so many peoples were forced to resign
HR has no more work left in TCS and will be replaced by AI so they are mentally unstable .
