Both are bad , nagarro regularly lay off and optum is a place where there are sarkari processes and systems, you will be stuck with the legacy old laptops and systems, along with seniors who are not good at all. Sorry but find something better bro

Your expenses in Noida would be far lesser than that in Gurgaon. So package wise both the offers seem to be comparable.
