Is it possible to switch to other IJPs after I complete 18 months in my current project ? Or are the managers not going to approve this? Any idea ??

Yes, completing 18 Months in the current project or being on the bench is the eligibility for applying IJPs. It's a capgemini IJP policy . Your manager should find a replacement before they release you
