Myth: Quarterly Bonus Exists.

Guys Why No One is taking about 30-50% cut on Quarterly Bonus for C3A & above? Last increment was only on Quarterly Bonus and since then they have started cutting quarterly bonus 30-50% every quarter without any justification.
