Trending @Accenture; MYTH or FACT ??

Does Accenture have a policy where if an employee works with a client for 18 months, they could leave the project voluntarily without any hassle ?

Backstory: I am a CL12 working with FedEx currently and I finish 18 months with them this February 2026. I’d like to explore opportunities outside my current team (not necessarily outside FedEx, but I’m okay either way) and I’m planning to ask my manager for a release. Any suggestions ?

If yes, is there a way I could apply to IJP’s in advance and then get a release once I have a backup ? Without serving bench period.

It's not exactly a policy but you will find this in jobs gateway portal. Yes you can ask for roll off after 18 months in project but they won't release you unless other project agress to take you.

But, can I give interviews for other projects while I'm still working in my current one?
