What will happen if i charge more for sick and casual leave then i have as you can see in the image 4.49 hrs Of sick leave and 1.69 hrs of casual leave what will happen if i charge more that this like for example i change 4.49 hrs or 4.5 hrs from sick leave and 4.5 hrs as casual leave which I don't have, will my salary get deducted or will It be adjusted in the upcoming leaves of sept next cycle

First point MYTE will not allow you to charge more than the limit, if by chance it get through ur salary will be deducted for excess hours.

The balance will be deducted from your earned leave.
If you don't have earned leave, then cut from your salary.
