I have received mail stating payment to be recovered due to unchecking RTC My manager asked me to raise a query to the support team As I worked only on the shift Can someone please throw some light here

Did you make a PPA earlier? You can make PPA back up to 6 cycles. Just check it once. You might have removed your shift allowance for that particular day then. Hence the recovery

Yes I have changed B shift to C shift
That means whether C shift allowances also got credited(in next cycle) so now they have to recover B shift from me
