I have received a mail today can anyone tell me how to solve this issue the mail is like

Last month, I also received the same audit notice. I simply informed them that the bill included an internet package, which I use for work. If your recharge duration is more than one month, they will ask you to adjust the amount accordingly for a one-month period.
